About Us

We are a licenced residential Builder (79767) in the State of Tennessee as a dba under our investment arm Sun Direct Investments, LLC. We provide residential building, remodeling, and rehab construction services, as well as small job construction in the Chatanooga-Knoxville corridor. This includes all nearby rural counties including Bledsoe, Roane, Rhea & Cumberland. We perform precision, code oriented construction work with an eye to detail and perfection. Demolition, concrete work, site clearing and heavy equipment are also in our vocabulary. We aslo like rural builds & site development. We do small jobs too!

Our Owner has deep contruction experience from California fast track housing to historic renovations in New England. He has worked for Montachusett Construction, Perini Construction, Turner and others. He has worked on bridge projects, High Rise developments, federal projects and several industrial projects including roadway projects and large concrete projects. He is certified by the AFL-CIO in construction safety, blueprint reading, and concrete technology.

Our principal license holder, and owner, has a deep background in remodeling and rehabs, especially for older properties. He has restored dwellings in New England that were buit in the 1700's and has finished 1600's replica properties. Our work includes full restorations, full remodels and design.

Then we can go to the next step and arrange a site visit and formal bid. We return phone calls, text, and emails, and we always communicate.

Contracting

Bid and per hour time and materials or cost plus contracting is available. Time frames and ceilings are also built into our contracts. Our contracts are always in writing and reflect national averages. This ensures an allowance for changes, as well as time frame management.
