"We are a licenced Builder in the State of Tennessee providing residential building, remodeling, and rehab construction services, as well as small job construction in the Chatanooga-Knoxville corridor including all nearby rural counties asn corridors including Bledsoe, Rhea & cumberland. We perform precision, code oriented construction work with an eye to detail and perfection. Concrete work and heavy equipment are also in our vocabulary. We aslo like rural builds.

Our principal lincese holder and owner has a deep background in remoldeling and rehabs. Especially for older properties. He has restored dwellings in New England that were buit in the 1700's and has finished 1600's replica properties. Our work includes full restorations, full remodels and design.

If you want to go to the next step with us, and we can arrange a site vist and provide a formal bid, or cost plus options. We return phone calls, text and emails, and always communciate.

Contracting

Per hour time and materials or cost plus contracting is always available. Time frames and ceilings are also built into our contracts. This ensures an allowance for changes and performance metrics. Bid contracting is also available, and we can accomadate changes with per hour rates vs costly COW orders.

Owners Resume

Jonathan P. has worked for Montachusett Construction, Perini Construction, Turner and others. He has worked on bridge projects, federal projects and several industrial projects including roadway projects and large concrete projects. He is certified by the AFL-CIO in construction safety, blueprint reading, and concrete technology and is currently a licensed builder in Tennessee. He has been the lead contractor for other contractors and has deep building experience from California fast track to historic renovations.
